Veterinary Support Team
Our veterinary support team is made up of on the job trained Veterinary Assistants (VA) and Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVT). These team members assist the doctors in exams and monitoring surgeries. They are trained to draw blood, place IV catheters, take radiographs and make sure all animals in our hospital are given extra special care. Our VA's are thoroughly trained to assist the Veterinarians and RVT's in a variety of tasks. Our RVT's have received degrees from colleges accredited by the AVMA, passed their VTNE board exam, and registered with the state of Maryland. Our RVT's are able to assist the Veterinarians beyond the scope of work allowed by VA's in the state. These staff members are the nurses of the veterinary field!
Client Service Representatives
Our Client Service Representatives (CSR's) smiling faces are the first thing you will see when you walk in the door! They are able to help you with any questions or concerns you have and a little extra TLC for your pets before their exam. These hard working team members keep things in order from the front of the hospital all the way to the back!
