As of 2023, our very own Dr. Lisa Challberg has become a partner alongside Dr. Victor Katz, strengthening our clinic’s leadership and continuing our mission to provide exceptional care. This partnership also makes us one of the few independently owned veterinary hospitals in the area.
This news comes at a special time for us, as Muddy Branch has just celebrated its 30th birthday! For the past three decades, we have been honored to serve this wonderful community, building lasting relationships with you and providing the best possible care for your beloved pets. Being independently owned allows us to remain true to our core values. We are not part of a large corporate chain, which means that every decision we make is guided by what we believe is best for your pets and for you. Our focus is on delivering personalized, compassionate care that reflects the unique needs of each animal and the preferences of their family. It also gives us the flexibility to invest in advanced medical equipment, ongoing staff training, and new programs—always with an eye on improving the overall patient experience.
With Dr. Lisa Challberg joining Dr. Victor Katz in this new leadership role, we are more committed than ever to fostering a community-focused environment where you feel like family, not just a number. Dr. Challberg's passion for animal care, coupled with her dedication to the personal relationships we’ve built with all of you, ensures that this clinic will remain the place of warmth and expertise Dr. Katz envisioned and created in 1994.
